• Flexible Hours: Open 7 days during peak times, with shifts from 6:30am‐5pm (and late nights Friday & Saturday until 7pm).

• Make Every Guest's Day: Greet everyone with a big smile, take orders, run food, and share your sunny personality.
• Get Hands‐On: Learn to make brilliant coffee (we'll teach you if you're keen!) and help prep and cook our tasty menu items.
• Keep It Sparkling: Ensure tables are clear, clean, and ready for the next round of happy holidaymakers.
• Be a Team Player: Join in on team meetings and pitch in wherever needed—no two days are ever the same!
• Support the Café Manager: Tackle any other duties as requested and help keep our café running smoothly.

• Experience in a café, restaurant, bistro, or any customer service role (bonus points, but not a dealbreaker!)
• Food Handlers Course completed (or be ready to complete before you start)
• Top‐notch customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude
• A focus on safety and hygiene—cleanliness is next to beachiness!
• Loads of personality—we'll handle the training!
