About the Role:
This is a part-time position working 36 hours per week at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital. You will work collaboratively with the Clinical Leadership team and under the guidance of the DFV & SAS Manager to achieve outstanding results. As a leader, you will be expected to prioritize the safety, welfare, and well-being of children and young people, actively working to protect them from harm and abuse.
Salary:
$77,358.00 - $133,156.00 pro rata + 11.5% super & salary packaging
Responsibilities:
* Manage, supervise, and professionally develop the DFV&SAS Counsellors
* Collaborate with the Clinical Leadership team to achieve outstanding results
* Prioritize the safety, welfare, and well-being of children and young people
Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current AHPRA Registration or Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence
