Join a growing ASX-listed leader as our Program Manager within our Power division. You will provide both strategic and operational leadership and support successful delivery of major power programs across Victoria. This role is based out of our office in Ferntree Gully, supporting key clients in the region.
About the role
You will drive the delivery of large-scale power projects (up to $15M) and oversee field-based teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality execution of work.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering power projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
* Managing stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Controlling project finances, monitor costs, and manage variations in a timely manner.
* Leading and developing your team.
* Ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
* Overseeing quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and documentation including being PM2 accredited.
* Coordinating resources efficiently and mitigating risks to achieve successful outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate has experience in the industry and an understanding of power distribution networks. You might have a trade or engineering background and happy to be on the ground overseeing your team and working with subcontractors or other suppliers at site.
You may also have:
* Considerable experience in overhead/underground lines construction management projects.
* Project management experience in a contracting organisation or project-based business with a proven ability to operate in a dynamic "live" environment.
* Experience in the application of structured project management methodologies to a wide range of projects.
* Trade qualifications or Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
