About the Role
Our Front Office team is looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department in the position of
Guest Service Agent
. Reporting to the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager you will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.
You will actively follow strict procedures with credit and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy. By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.
About You
Energy and passion for the hospitality industry
Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
Proven ability in OPERA or RMS property management system
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment preferred
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
