We're seeking a strategic thinker to join our dynamic transformation office, shaping long-term, sustainable improvements across technology, information, processes, and people.
* Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, processes, and data needs through workshops and structured engagement.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes and technical specifications that guide solution design and delivery.
* Conduct current state assessments and develop future state models to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Perform gap analyses to support strategic decision-making and transformation planning.
* Contribute to business case development by supporting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and value propositions.
* Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.
* Support change initiatives through impact analysis, documentation, implementation planning, and monitoring of business outcomes.
* Work within agile or waterfall delivery frameworks to execute transformation initiatives.
About You:
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with experience navigating complex environments.
* Able to identify, analyse, and document business requirements and process improvements.
* Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and modelling across diverse business functions.
* Strong data literacy and ability to interpret patterns and behaviours.
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and process management tools.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
This role requires a National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a Baseline level.
