Are you detail-oriented, independent, and enjoy a role that gets you out and about? Do you prefer a structured, solo work environment where you can listen to podcasts or music while you work?
PM Advantage Reports is seeking property inspectors to support real estate agencies across Perth and Peel. You'll play a key role in documenting and maintaining rental properties, ensuring landlords and tenants have accurate, high-quality reports.
This role is ideal for those who:
* Enjoy working independently and managing their own schedule
* Prefer being on the move rather than sitting in an office
* Are comfortable using technology to complete work efficiently
What You'll Do
* Conduct inspections of rental properties and complete detailed reports onsite
* Identify and document property conditions, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns
* Capture high-quality photos and input clear, structured notes using our software
* Collect and return keys to real estate offices as needed
No after-hours admin work – all reporting is done onsite during business hours.
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail – ability to spot issues and document them accurately
* Tech-savvy – confident using apps and troubleshooting minor issues independently
* Reliable and self-motivated – able to manage time effectively and complete work efficiently
* Strong time management – capable of planning a daily schedule and meeting deadlines
* Willingness to travel to jobs as required
Must Have:
* iPhone (required – our software is iPhone-only)
* Reliable car and valid driver's license
* FULL working rights in Australia - PR or Citizen.
