This is a rare opportunity for a senior Competition lawyer to join a leading energy, competition and regulatory practice in Perth, working on high-profile, complex commercial disputes and regulatory issues for a variety of clients, including corporate, government and regulators, such as the Economic Regulation Authority.

About the role

Working alongside one of Perth's leading energy, competition and regulatory partners, you will receive hands-on mentoring and development from a partner known for shaping exceptional competition lawyers.

Responsibilities
* Work on high-profile, complex commercial disputes and regulatory issues.
* Apply superior analytical skills to matters of any complexity.
* Provide strategic and creative thinking to complex matters and areas of competition law.
* Supervise and mentor more junior associates.
* Play an active role in firm citizenship initiatives.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in competition or regulatory matters.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong communication skills.
* Technically excellent with a high level of attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, innovative, commercially savvy.
* Genuine passion for the law.
