We can't achieve this ambition without dedicated, passionate employees. We're seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Credit Analyst to play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations and ongoing success of our Credit Operations business.
We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Credit Analyst to join our Retail Credit team. Reporting directly to the Retail Credit Manager, the core focus of this role is to assess the credit worthiness of retail credit applications as submitted by our retail network.

Qualifications
What you'll do:
* Analysis of loan applications within expected turn‐around times
* Make recommendations on applications submitted and decisions on all deals that fall with allocated approval authority
* Liaise with both internal and external clients
* Profit & Loss Balance Sheet extrapolation
* Communicate effectively with our Retail partners and provide excellent service
* Assisting the broader business cross‐functionally in an agile organisational structure
Skills
Setting you up for success in this role is your demonstrated experience in constructing well‐balanced and logical analysis. You work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environment, both autonomously and within a high‐performing team environment. You must also have a keen interest in expanding upon your existing skills to cross‐functionally develop and grow your career!
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar finance role and you will have a demonstrated ability to workshop deals, make recommendations and negotiate successfully.
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance (or a related field) will be highly regarded. Most importantly, a passion for team spirit, exceeding customer experiences and building strong relationships is vital to your success.
The flexibility to work on a regular basis on Saturday with a rostered day off (RDO) between Tuesday and Thursday is also required in this role to meet our business needs.
