Job Opportunity: Receptionist

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented receptionist to manage the daily operations of our front desk.

* Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service by attending to clients at the front desk, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues promptly
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of internal invoices and client payments
* Coordinate with relevant parties regarding administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
* Liaise with external bodies including ATO and ASIC as required
* Manage petty cash efficiently and reconcile transactions
* Monitor debtor accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for tidiness and presentation
* Send correspondence to banks, lawyers, and finance brokers on behalf of the organization
* Source necessary supplies and materials for the office, including kitchen essentials and postal items
* Process and respond to incoming emails in a prompt and efficient manner


Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
* Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for performing errands and tasks
* Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role
