R&D Lead – SaaS Delivery Lead

What you'll be doing
* Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, integrations and consulting engagements
* Manage scope, timelines, risks and resources across multiple projects
* Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement across support processes
* Partner with engineering, product and QA to deliver quality outcomes
* Own stakeholder engagement and customer communication throughout delivery and support
What you bring
* Strong experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations
* Proven delivery background across complex, multi-stream environments
* Exposure to L3 support / incident management / production environments
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations and enterprise systems
* Excellent stakeholder management – able to engage both technical teams and execs
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery + ITIL or similar frameworks
