Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing compliant Operations from our Gracemere & Bajool locations
* Induct drivers aligned with Booth Transport operating procedures and familiarisation with specific vehicles and equipment for safe operation
* Assess driver competency as a part of pre-employment checks and send reports of outcomes and actions within expected timeframes
* Complete investigations of any incident as requested, implement and follow up any corrective actions within expected timeframes
* Record training and assessment activities accurately along with implement training solutions and contribute to developing and updating training and assessment resources
* Manage, monitor and review compliant operational movements & documentation
* Conduct job site safety and compliance inspections, safety hazard analysis and work procedures
Experience Required
* Transport knowledge within the Dangerous Goods industry preferred
* Experience in Chain of Responsibility
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain
* Experience in conducting On–Road & Operations assessments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Leadership and team management skills
