About the Role Our client is seeking a Business Manager – Commercial to join their high-performing team and drive growth across Western Australia. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the commercial HVAC market by developing strong relationships with consultants, builders, contractors, and developers while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage relationships with consultants, architects, developers, builders, and contractors - Execute strategic sales and account management plans to drive revenue growth and market share - Identify and secure new commercial business opportunities and distribution channels - Deliver product training, presentations, and business reviews to key stakeholders - Manage commercial projects from chance through to delivery and commissioning - Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and account planning - Represent the organisation at industry events, trade nights, and customer functions What We're Looking For - Experience within air conditioning, refrigeration, or building services is highly desirable but not essential - Technical or tertiary qualification related to HVAC, engineering, or construction is highly desirable but not essential - Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within HVAC, refrigeration, construction, building products, or consumer electronics - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue - Confidence presenting to consultants, contractors, and industry partners - Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills - Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously - Current driver's licence Work with a market-leading brand in the HVAC industry Be part of a collaborative and supportive national team Prospect to grow market share and build strong industry relationships Exposure to large commercial projects and industry leaders Competitive salary package including vehicle allowance and incentives How to apply: If the above role interests, you and you fit the required skills and experience then apply now!
