**Role:**
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team servicing clients in Penrith and surrounding areas, with some regional travel fortnightly. Reporting to the Fields Sales Manager, the role involves coordinating retail distribution support activities for both internal and external stakeholders of AMES Australasia.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute business initiatives and merchandising expectations effectively.
* Build customer support capabilities by establishing quality relationships at all levels.
* Develop and support AMES Australasia's brand activities, including promotional events and peak trading periods.
* Identify customer training opportunities and conduct relevant modular training.
**Skills and Attributes:**
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent customer service skills
* A valid driver's license
* Strong relationship management skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the sales team
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Physical fitness (manual lifting required)
