Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader based in Toowoomba, QLD, a true leadership position. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, supervising logistics processes, and optimizing supply chain operations. Responsibilities also include managing and mentoring the warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring workplace safety standards, and implementing effective planning to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise, mentor, and motivate team members.
* Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including overseeing inventory, orders, and logistics processes.
* Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
* Strong Leadership skills to ensure workflow efficiency and timely delivery of operations.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role is preferred.
* Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and relevant certifications are an advantage.
* Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems is beneficial.
