The nearest tertiary hospital, Maitland Hospital, is nearby.The practice includes three GP consult rooms, pathology, a nurse and Allied Health room, a kitchen, and waiting area. Allied health services operate onsite. Full-time GPs typically bill well, with new GPs expected to bill no less than AUD 650K. The practice serves over 10,000 registered patients. Support staff are friendly and efficient, with clinical support available. The Practice Nurse assists with health assessments, immunizations, pap smears, ECGs, ear syringing, etc., using Best Practice software.An onsite mental health practitioner is available 2-3 days a week. GPs can choose their billing methods, hours, and sessions. The suburb offers high-quality amenities and excellent schools for families. Favourable contracts and share options are available.Remuneration and BenefitsEconomy class ticket to Australia for the GPReimbursement of 2 months' house rent capped at $8KMinimum payment guarantee of $20K per month for 6 monthsBilling percentage: 70% in the first year, increasing to 73% thereafter, or a management fee of 30% of billing, capped at $6K/fortnight in the first year, $8K/fortnight in the second year, and $10K in the third yearPathways and SupervisionThis position is suitable for Expedited & PEP (substantially comparable) Specialist pathways, with Level 3 supervision available.ApplicationInterested?
