The Role

Yorke Solar are looking for an organised and motivated Administrative Officer to join our growing team.

Duties will include:

* Assisting the Operations Manager overall with some specific duties being:

* Arranging and coordinating customer quoting and inspection times.

* Compilation and distribution of monthly newsletter.
* Data entry with internal systems and external suppliers.
* Other general administrative duties as allocated.
* Customer liaison via email and phone.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

* Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Be motivated, reliable, and proactive in their approach to work.
* Be willing to learn and grow within a supportive and high-performing team environment.
* Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Have a basic understanding (or eagerness to learn) of solar & battery systems.
