The Role
Due to company growth, the newly created position now exists for an Executive Assistant to report directly into the Managing Partner whilst being part of the Senior Leadership team.
There is a great deal of diversity in this position as in addition to supporting the Managing Partner in providing high-level executive support within the firm, you would also have involvement in managing a property portfolio which would require you to liaise with designers in addition to having involvement with the charities the firm supports.
Key Responsibilities
* High-level executive support to the Managing Partner
* Diary and calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and client documents
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and confidently
* Supporting business operations, projects, and process improvements
* Managing confidential information with discretion
You
You are the person who can generally fix a problem before the Director was even aware of it. You always find a way to get things done even if it is something you have never done before. You love learning, to the point where you will learn to see the business through the Director's eyes. You get that they have a really busy role and you do what you can to simplify things and to make life easier. You want to build a relationship based on mutual respect, you are professional but you know how to have a laugh.
Skills and Experience required
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant absolutely essential
* Background in professional services (accounting, financial planning, legal, or similar) highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and practice management systems
* Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude
* Must love dogs
