About the role
As a Warehouse Clerk at KTI, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our busy warehouse operation in Dandenong South, Victoria. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position will see you carrying out a range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility.
What you'll be doing
* Daily data entry and manifesting of freight in warehousing system
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Weekly reporting requirements and processing of customer charges
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment, preferably in a similar administrative role
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Good numeracy and computer literacy skills, including proficiency with warehouse management systems
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to assist across a variety of tasks as required
