Responsible for both campuses, continuing to encourage cross campus collaboration and direction is critical in the role. Corporate oversight includes education programs, risk and compliance management, legal frameworks, policy approval and financial sustainability while managing an environment of high standards and accountability.The Principal carries responsibility for wide-ranging external relationships, championing and positioning the College and maintaining strong engagements with peak bodies, government, education entities and the Lutheran Church and its departments.
