About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
* Support with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and organisation
* Help clients access the community, attend appointments, and work towards personal goals
* Promote independence, inclusion, and dignity at all times
* Maintain progress notes and collaborate with the wider care team
What We're Looking For
You are:
* Kind, respectful, and dependable
* A confident communicator with good time-management skills
* Able to work independently and adapt to individual client needs
* Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred but not essential)
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or currently working towards)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* COVID-19 vaccination (as per current regulations)
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
