Estimator - Hard FM Role
Job Description:
As a skilled Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tenders that support business growth objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
* Prepare detailed tenders and quotations that meet technical standards and client requirements.
* Conduct thorough site assessments across Australia and New Zealand to evaluate assets, risks, and scope.
* Collaborate with commercial analysts, business development executives, and operations teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
* Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure accurate and cost-effective quotations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes for efficiency and clarity.
