This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants and Baristas across all shifts so don't hesitate to apply
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
- Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing coffees
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;
- Barista Experience.
Available shift: Opening Shift (5:30 am-10:00 am) - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
