About the Role:
We're looking for dedicated and caring Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll work directly with NDIS participants, supporting them in their daily lives and helping them build confidence, independence, and community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, meal preparation, and household assistance.
* Support participants with community access, appointments, and social activities.
* Promote independence and assist with skill-building activities.
* Follow participant care plans and maintain accurate shift notes.
* Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Police Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
* Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care.
