We are seeking Consultant/Specialist Anaesthetists to join a large, modern, and rapidly growing teaching hospital in one of Victoria's most vibrant regional cities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist anaesthetic services for a broad range of adult and paediatric surgery (excluding cardiac, neurosurgery and transplant surgery)
* Deliver high‑quality pre‑operative assessment and post‑operative care
* Share in the on‑call roster for acute and emergency cases
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to anaesthetic trainees, junior doctors, medical students and nursing staff
* Contribute to quality improvement, governance and service development within a busy, growing department

* Accredited by ANZCA for up to 12 months of training toward FANZCA

Essential Criteria
* Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent specialist qualification
