An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a Tier 1 Community Housing provider managing a high-quality residential portfolio across Melbourne.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a Property Manager position while receiving hands‐on mentoring from a Senior Property Manager.
The Portfolio
* Approx. 270 properties
* Located across two major developments in Victoria
* Well‐structured, organised portfolio with strong internal support
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing and managing leasing applications
* Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor follow‐ups
* Acting as a key point of contact for tenant communication
* Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day‐to‐day portfolio management
* Building strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
* Learning all aspects of property management with a clear growth pathway
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in property, real estate or housing (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Passion for community housing and making a real impact
* Someone motivated to progress into a Property Manager role
What's On Offer
* $70,000 – $75,000 + super
