The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Centrecare on a full-time, permanent basis, based in Kalgoorlie / Goldfields. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, this senior leadership role is responsible for the overall performance, reputation and development of Centrecare's programs and workforce across a diverse service portfolio.
You will provide leadership and oversight across multiple programs, including:
* Family and Domestic Violence
* Men's Behaviour Change
* Family Relationship Services
* Mental Health programs
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring services are delivered in line with funding agreements, professional standards, and Centrecare's Therapeutic Framework, while contributing to broader organisational leadership, innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for a confident, values-driven leader who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a complex service environment. You will bring strong people leadership skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a genuine commitment to supporting staff, clients and community outcomes.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Providing leadership, supervision and support to multidisciplinary teams
* Conducting performance reviews and supporting staff development
* Monitoring service delivery through audits, reporting and outcome measurement
* Ensuring compliance with Centrecare policies, procedures and Therapeutic Framework
* Managing operational, financial and reporting responsibilities across programs
* Promoting services within the community and representing Centrecare at interagency forums
* Contributing to agency-wide leadership, planning and strategic initiatives
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
* A Bachelor qualification in Social Sciences or Mental Health (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or related discipline)
* Senior management experience within the community services sector or a similar environment
* Demonstrated experience managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
* Strong leadership and supervision capability, including performance management
* Solid understanding of counselling approaches and therapeutic frameworks
* Ability to promote services and represent an organisation within community and interagency settings
* Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a leadership team
* Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development (self and others)
* Knowledge of the Goldfields region, including local needs and service systems
