The Logistics Support Officer covers a key role in the logistics team, acting as the local point of contact for shops for logistical issues, resolving them or addressing them to the correct escalation path.
This role provides an opportunity for those looking for a career in supply chain or logistics to develop skills in store operations and replenishment, order processing and management, problem-solving for incidents and escalation processes, collect all second-level shop logistical support requests and connect with logistic clusters to solve them, order management, interact with warehouses, suppliers, and logistic providers to verify order status, partner with vendors to assure flawless communication and prompt problem-solving, inventory and replenishment, drive adoption of the global stock model within Australia, defining clear targets on various stock elements, monitor and update target stock at SKU location level in shops and warehouses, facilitating replenishment flows to shops and through inter-shops transfers, optimize local inventory in clinics and warehouses, support with rundown of stock as part of product lifecycle management, participate in supply chain projects and initiatives as required, provide analytical support to supply chain and product teams as required, analyze and forecast future product demands working with marketing, sales, retail operations, business intelligence, and finance teams
Key Responsibilities:
