Jobwire are looking for a switched‑on Sales Administrator to support our busy sales and production team.
What you'll be doing:
* Handle customer orders, emails and phone enquiries - busy switchboard
* Process invoices, purchase orders and delivery schedules
* Work closely with production and warehouse to confirm stock and dispatch times
* Keep CRM and sales reports up to date
* Support the sales team with quotes, pricing sheets and customer follow‑ups
* Build strong relationships with wholesale customers
* General admin to keep the office running smoothly
What we're looking for:
* Solid admin experience (sales, logistics or wholesale ideal)
* Confident with MS Office and basic data entry
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Able to juggle priorities in a fast‑moving environment
* Friendly, reliable and customer‑focused attitude
* Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is a bonus
* 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
