Salary

$86,029 - $106,558 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

About The Role

As a Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments to evaluate individuals' abilities, challenges, and support needs across various life tasks.

Your assessments will inform personalised recommendations for home and living support models, fostering active self‐determination, and enabling individuals to participate fully in decision‐making regarding their living situation.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessments in participants' homes and other contextual environments in which they live life.
* Recommend appropriate home and living support models based on the assessment findings.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of NDIS regulations and funding guidelines.
* Utilise quality of life approaches, inclusion strategies, and ecosystem supports in assessment and recommendation processes.
* Produce timely and evidence‐based reports to support assessment outcomes and recommendations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
* General AHPRA Registration.
* Demonstrated experience in functional capability and home living assessment.
* Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and funding structures preferred.
* A positive and flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and a team player.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
* Valid driver's licence.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check.
