Job Title: Airport Passenger Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service to passengers at Sydney International Airport.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring timely and efficient passenger handling and lead gate agent duties.
* Complete necessary paperwork accurately and adhere to service delivery agreements and company standards.
* Assist passengers with special needs, including pushing wheelchairs.
* Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S) Regulations and Company Policies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
* Ability to handle challenging situations with clients and provide high-volume personalized service.
* Proficient computer skills and ability to work independently.
* Motivated and capable of working varied shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week.
