* $79.21/hr for day shift and $81.96/hr for shift work (12 hours)
Are you a skilled and motivated Electrician looking to join a dynamic team of professionals? Do you have a passion for working with electrical systems and solving complex problems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently looking for an electrician to join one of our clients on a 6-month initial contract. The Electrician will perform preventative maintenance, inspections and breakdown repairs of electrical systems while consistently applying a high level of technical skill and expertise in these functions.
Duties andresponsibilities:
* Examine, diagnose, modify, correct, test and install electrical systems in accordance with applicable standards, original equipment manufacturers guidelines or manuals and the maintenance planning systems.
* Carry out all activities within the whole-of-job scope including pre work, preparation of JSA's, organising materials, execution, test out and hand back and sign off.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Electrical trade qualification with a valid WA Electrical licence
* Experience with power distribution, control systems (PLC preferred), electrical motors, VVVFs, and materials handling equipment. I.e. stackers and conveyors
* Electrical maintenance services experience in a heavy industry environment
* Current 'C' or 'CA' class drivers' licence
* Good computer literacy skills
* Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and preparedness to ensure success of group.
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good customer focus and liaison skills
* Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles
