Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our digital presence across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a monthly social media content calendar, creating original and brand-aligned content, writing compelling captions, photographing job sites, and tracking analytics.
This role requires strong visual and written storytelling skills, experience managing social media for a brand, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing tools. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, be comfortable on job sites, and possess knowledge of social trends and platform algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar
* Create and curate original, brand-aligned content (photos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, project features)
* Write compelling captions that reflect our brand voice
* Photograph and/or coordinate photography of active job sites, finished projects, and the design process
* Track analytics and performance, and provide regular reporting and insights
* Engage with our community: respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with aligned brands or influencers
* Collaborate with the leadership team and design staff to plan seasonal and strategic campaigns
Qualifications:
* Strong visual and written storytelling skills
* Experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle space
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools
* Comfort with being on job sites to capture real-time, in-progress content
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an eye for design
* Knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
Bonus Skills:
* Photography and/or videography experience
* SEO or blog writing capabilities
* Experience with web platforms (Wix)
