About the Role:
We have an incredible opportunity for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen team. Our team of professional chefs create dishes focused on great produce, served in a clean and contemporary way.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring highest quality in the preparation and presentation of menu items
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
* Liaising with senior chefs on duty
* Holding down a section during service
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Certificate Ill in Commercial Cookery
* Completion of cookery apprenticeship
* Previous experience as a CDP, Demi Chef or similar position
* Sound culinary skills and knowledge
* Proficiency in all sections of the kitchen
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Attention to detail Positive attitude and excellent team player
