Your primary focus will be on delivering high-impact AI & Data use cases, transforming the organisation from daily batch processing to a real-time, operationally critical data service.
Some highlights of what you'll bring to the team:
* Proven experience architecting and building modern, cloud-native data platforms (ideally with Snowflake or Databricks).
* A \"change maker\" mindset, with a demonstrated history of transforming a traditional data team's culture and processes.
* Building Proof of Concepts and a good understanding hands-on in Python and/or PySpark.
* Experience leading, mentoring, and upskilling a team of data engineers.
* A deep appreciation for data security, compliance, and building resilient, operationally-critical systems.
