As a key member of our international team, you will drive the green energy transition in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape landmark renewable energy deals with significant impact.

* Advise on corporate, construction, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and commercial contracts for major infrastructure projects.
* Influence every stage: development, acquisition, financing, construction, and divestment.

Your Background:
* Australian-qualified lawyer with a law degree from an Australian university and at least 10 years post-qualification experience in mergers and acquisitions preferably in energy, renewable, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience at a leading law firm or in-house, and strong contract drafting ability.
* Analytical, pragmatic, decisive, and confident working independently from day one.
* Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys teamwork.
* Ideal prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
