We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse (CN) Case Manager Interventional Suite, to lead and deliver expert clinical leadership in the provision and coordination of person-centred care, within the outpatient clinical setting.
The Clinical Nurse case manager will practice at an advanced level of autonomous, professional clinical practise, and decision making in collaboration primarily with the Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Radiology speciality consultants.

Key Responsibilities include:
Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.
Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
This position requires you to adhere to National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Sunshine Coast Health Safe Care Framework, which has been developed in collaboration with staff, consumers and key stakeholders to enable our vision of health and wellbeing through person-centred care.
Remuneration value up to $127,105 p.a, comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., (part time, 64hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG6 (1)) (Part time 64hrs p.f.).
