We're a Burleigh Heads digital marketing agency hunting for our next Organic Social Media Manager to join the team and make some magic happen for our fun lineup of clients.

*This role is open to marketers with 2+ years of experience in a similar position either in-house with a brand, freelancing or in an agency setting. Respectfully, this is not an entry level position and your experience will be explored within a paid trial day.*

Role Description
> No two days are identical within this role. You'll join our organic team filming Reels/Tiktoks, editing + creating content, doing basic design in Canva, crafting edms, liaising with influencers, UGC creators, assisting on shoots and helping to design offers + special campaigns.
> A solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook is essential. Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn Pinterest, Google Business or YouTube is a bonus, but are not essential.

> The role boasts the flexibility of 2 days WFH per week and a 7min drive-from-the-beach location.

You
> You are confident in your English writing ability, can proofread your own work, can write from different brand tones and can work from a supplied, thorough, brief.
> With support from our team, you're confident in speaking to our clients about their strategy and results.
> You love being across the latest in organic social trends, know your way around CapCut and are comfortable filming on mobile.
> You will always be supported by our Director, and have the rest of the organic team at your disposal to share notes, workshop ideas and troubleshoot alongside.

Bonus
Not mandatory, but if you have hidden skills in UGC, pro photography, web design, copywriting or any other arm of digital marketing, that's a bonus - so be sure to pop it in your introduction We would love to hear about them and it won't be considered as bragging
