The role of Financial Planning Operations Lead involves overseeing the delivery of Private Wealth strategies for clients.

* Workflow Management: managing workflows, particularly external teams.
* Technology and System Enhancement: improving technology solutions to streamline business efficiencies.
* Training and Development: maintaining and monitoring internal training and mentoring programs.
* Governance: investigating internal issues and complaints, ensuring legal and professional obligations are met.
* Financial Management: monitoring accounts teams and outstanding invoices.
* Recruitment and Human Resources management, accounts payable and receivable, facilities management.
Requirements include:
* 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, preferably in a management/compliance/team leader/client service manager capacity.
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in practice management and operational procedures.
* Excellent time management, organisational, communication, and people skills.
* Strong computer skills with Xplan and Microsoft Office suite experience.
