Our resort is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee guest experiences, events and marketing functions. This newly developed role will report directly to the owners and will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of our guests' experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist couples in planning their weddings
* Plan, promote, staff and coordinate guest activities that vary seasonally
* Coordinate special events, ensuring a personal touch that leads to successful, profitable events and rave reviews
Marketing Responsibilities
* Update website content
* Manage and update online guest booklets
* Create and post social media content
* Plan and develop email promotions and newsletters
* Coordinate special event promotions
* Produce marketing materials
* Order branded merchandise
Requirements
* Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Marketing
* Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or service industry
* At least 1 year experience in developing social media, website and marketing content
* Passion for hospitality and customer service
