We are a boutique Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates Studio based in Frankston South.
We're in search of a mature (5+ years' experience in private practice) physiotherapist with strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills who can join our small practice with a loyal client base.
We service the Mornington Peninsula and offer our clients a relaxed space to come and address their rehabilitation needs. Our studio has a boutique "non-clinical" feel which our clients' love. With a strong referral network of local GP's and allied health we are at capacity and looking to expand.
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills are essential. Ability manage your own list and re-bookings (there is some admin support, but at times you will be required to process payments and bookings). Strong manual therapy skills essential as our clients enjoy rehab programs which include massage, dry needling, in addition to clinical pilates. Ability to facilitate one-on-one and small group rehabilitation (clinical pilates classes).
Offer your unique physiotherapy skills to your clients in a beautiful fully equipped pilates studio and gorgeous new treatment room. You must be self-motivated to work side-by-side existing fully booked physiotherapist as a subcontracted physiotherapist enjoying a high percentage – 50% commission.
We have a strong referral base and lovely loyal clients, and we are looking for a mature, reliable and capable physiotherapist with strong interpersonal skills to join our team.
This role would suit a Physiotherapist or Osteopath with a minimum of 5 years experience working in private practice. This role would suit someone who is driven to grow their list, starting part-time and building to a full-time case load. A minimum of 3 days is expected as the initial workload and working some afternoon shifts would be a bonus, but not essential as this role is very flexible for the right candidate.
The case load is very variable with a musculoskeletal / re-habilitation focus. There is also a Women's health feel to the practice with uncomplicated pre- and post- management offered. We offer holistic management of movement dysfunction, chronic pain, and recurring injuries which a strong focus on movement correction via use of clinical pilates equipment.
You will be able to use your manual therapy skills in combination with exercise therapy to offer effective therapeutic session to your clients. A strong interest in exercise therapy and movement correction with the ability to assess whole body mechanics is required for this role. Additional training in clinical pilates (DMA or APPI preferred) and / dry needling is of benefit - and will be encouraged.
Ability to transfer your clients from one-on-one sessions into small group exercise therapy environment (1:4) as their progression allows, is also expected. Active participation in marketing including regular social media presence via the business pages is also expected to assist in growing your list.
This is a flexible role which can grow with you as your client load does.
