Role Description
These roles are Casual or Contract Trainer positions based out of our facility in Traralgon, VIC. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to ensure participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for safety in the workplace. The role also involves preparing training materials, assessing participants' performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in training and effective delivery of educational materials
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage diverse audiences, and adaptability to individual learning styles
* Knowledge of safety protocols, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
* Organizational and time management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate training programs efficiently
* Experience in reporting, assessment, and maintaining accurate training records
* Previous experience in safety or protective services training and certifications are preferred
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, education, or occupational health and safety is advantageous
