In this role, you will provide direct support to our customers, assisting them with their day-to-day living needs, including domestic and personal care assistance. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive high-quality care and support that enables them to live independently and achieve their goals.

* Main Responsibilities

* To provide high-quality care and support to our customers, assisting them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.

* To develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, their families, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

* To work collaboratively with our team to identify and address the individual needs of our customers, developing and implementing personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

* Diploma or certificate in disability support or related field (or willingness to undertake)

9.
* 2+ years' experience working in disability support or related field (or similar industry)

10.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (or have availability to do so)

11.
* Valid Driver's License (for travel between locations) (Note: not required but preferred)
">
12.
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers Screening Check clearance (prior to commencement)
