Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and development of the business operation. You will manage the activities of the sales, customer service and operations departments, leading these teams to success.
Qualifications
Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage the sales, administration and operations efforts
Broad commercial skills and financial management capability
Ability to set direction and implement the organisation's strategic plan
Sales experience preferably in a premium product / service environment
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate, lead and manage people
