HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to provide day-to-day support to our operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
* Job advertising and recruiting
* Onboarding process including documentation and liaison with Payroll
* Conduct visa compliance checks for employees
* Assist managers with performance management matters
* Attend meetings to discuss HR scenarios and information sharing
* Provide monthly reporting on HR matters
* Conduct exit interviews and document findings
About You
* Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within warehousing or logistics
* Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the business
* Organised and detail-oriented, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
