The role involves structuring, reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring remuneration strategies to support EBITDA growth across the APAC region.The successful candidate will offer insights into remuneration structuring to balance personnel costs, attract and retain market leaders, and promote desired behaviors.Support APAC COO, APAC CFO, and APAC CEOCollaborate with and support Country MDs & CFOs as neededLeverage Regional FP&A, People, and Performance teams when requiredOversee and analyze remuneration practices across the region, including base pay, short-term incentives (commissions, KPI bonuses, profit sharing), long-term incentives, and benefitsConduct regional analysis and recommend opportunities to optimize personnel costs as a percentage of revenueAlign remuneration structures across APAC to incentivize EBITDA growth and enable consistent decision-makingAnalyze and support remuneration structuring for team and market leader acquisitionsRecommend restructuring opportunities to improve regional EBITDA, focusing on remuneration structuresManage and enhance remuneration reporting, systems, and data analytics to identify opportunities.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 5 years of executive remuneration structuring experience, including base pay, benefits, short-term incentives (profit sharing, KPI bonuses, commissions), and long-term incentivesProficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as TM1, PAW, Power BI, and CognosCA / CPA or equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in commercial management and financial decision supportAdditional InformationA Career with ColliersWe are enterprising.Our distinctive approach is not just what we do, but how we do it.
