We are now seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the team and continue delivering the highest standard of service to our guests. While prior experience in a similar role is valued, we also welcome applications from junior candidates who are motivated and eager to take the next step in their hospitality career. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services Lead, manage, and support a small, close-knit team with a strong focus on guest experience Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property Manage bookings, guest feedback, and customer relations Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and safety standards Monitor hotel performance metrics and work with the Executive team to implement improvements Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Events Manage stock ordering, maintenance issues, and general property presentation Take a hands-on role in operational duties during peak periods What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager/ Supervisor, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
