Accredited Insulation Installer – Full-Time Salary: $36 per hour Locations: Kimberley, Pilbara & Goldfields Regions (WA)
Energy Efficiency Group (EEG) is expanding our accredited installation team across regional Western Australia. We are seeking motivated, safety-focused Accredited Insulation Installers to service multiple shires across the Kimberley, Pilbara, and Goldfields regions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in challenging environments, can work under tight deadlines, and consistently meets strict ISO standards.

About the Role
As an Accredited Insulation Installer, you will prepare sites and install Knauf Earthwool insulation to residential and commercial properties. You will work in confined spaces such as roof cavities and underfloors, while ensuring all installations meet ISO-certified quality standards, energy efficiency requirements, and safety regulations. This role involves working in challenging and varied weather conditions across regional WA, and requires the ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain high workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation: Read and interpret installation plans. Prepare work areas, including drilling access points when required. Safely set up ladders or scaffolding as needed.
Insulation Installation: Measure, cut, and fit Earthwool insulation into roof spaces, wall cavities, and underfloors. Install batts securely to studs and joists following manufacturer specifications. Operate hand tools and installation equipment safely and correctly. Ensure all work complies with energy efficiency and environmental standards.
Quality & Compliance: Install strictly in line with ISO standards and internal quality controls. Complete work accurately, efficiently, and within set timeframes. Maintain safe work practices at all times, especially in tight or elevated spaces.
Requirements
Valid and current EEC accreditation
Valid White Card
Police clearance less than 3 months old
Valid photo ID
Physically fit and able to work in roofs, under floors, and in confined spaces
Ability to work in hot, cold, remote, and variable weather conditions
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and ISO compliance
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Highly regarded previous insulation experience
Experience using hand tools and installation equipment
Ability to work in remote and regional environments
