What's the Job
Lead a team of product management and technical resources for the Architectural business. This position is responsible for developing the strategy for our Architectural product portfolio to drive future growth. The Director and product management team work closely with our customers and business teams to execute the current year business plan, develop products for new profitable growth, and shape our future product strategy. This leader fosters the development of their team and extended resources by cultivating both team and individual capabilities.
This role provides critical leadership to fully integrate our Architectural businesses and align CTA products and systems with contractors, architects, and distribution channels. It will develop and prioritize near-term strategic planning and investments to increase the speed of integration across functions and improve business results.

* 10+ years of Product Management Leadership with proven growth and strategy development
* 10+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry
* Proven track record in developing comprehensive strategies across different time horizons, establishing clear milestones, and maintaining a focus on highly profitable projects, with adaptability to shifting priorities
* Skilled at leading and directing a team of direct reports and influencing across functions without direct authority
* Ability to create an environment that cultivates team capabilities, provides leadership and guidance, and inspires achievement of business objectives
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think beyond conventional solutions and approach problems from multiple perspectives
* Experience in identifying target audience insights and communicating value propositions effectively to industry stakeholders
* Extensive experience in product management, with attention to detail, tactical execution skills, and strong communication abilities
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders
* Excellent collaboration, partnership, and negotiation skills with internal teams and external vendors
* Strong project and time management skills, with adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Knowledge of the construction process and key stakeholders across various sectors
