About the Role
* List, market, and sell residential and/or rural properties
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
* Achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
* Support Branch business development initiatives and community engagement
* Identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events
* Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations
* Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated client solutions
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven real estate experience, ideally with local market knowledge or strong networking capability
* A current Real Estate Licence (essential) and Driver's Licence
* Confidence in appraising property and identifying its key selling features and potential
* Demonstrated strong real estate marketing and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
