To support this growth, we are opening Expressions of Interest for experienced Senior Product Designers who are passionate about shaping meaningful, customer‑centred services for the Victorian community. As a Senior Product Designer within our Product and Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, inclusive, and impactful experiences across digital and physical channels. You’ll work end‑to‑end across discovery, problem framing, prototyping, validation, and implementation—ensuring design solutions are evidence‑led, strategically aligned, and accessible to all users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to translate insights into actionable design outcomes that balance customer needs with business priorities and policy requirements. As a senior contributor, you will uplift design standards, mature shared frameworks, and help strengthen our design operations and practice efficiency. Tertiary qualifications in Design or a related field. Formal training in UX, UI, Interaction Design or Product Design with strong human‑centred design expertise.
